Henkel (HENKY) submitted a takeover offer Olaplex (OLPX), Dinesh Nair, Ryan Gould and Michelle Davis of Bloomberg report, citing people with knowledge of the matter. Olaplex and Henkel are in talks about a potential deal that could come together within weeks, sources told Bloomberg. Advent is Olaplex's largest shareholder, with close to 75% a ownership, Bloomberg points out. Shares of Olaplex jumped 24%, or 32c, to $1.67 following the report.
