The Company's Compute segment consists of Bitcoin Mining, GPU-as-a-Service, and Data Center Cloud operations. The Company, through its subsidiary, American Bitcoin Corp., is focused exclusively on industrial-scale Bitcoin mining and strategic Bitcoin reserve development.
