AgriFORCE Growing Systems Signs Deal with BlueFlare Energy

Agreement Details: AGRIForce Growing Systems has signed a definitive agreement with BlueFlare Energy Solutions for a 4 MW hydro-cooled power generation and mining infrastructure project in Alberta, Canada.

Operational Capacity: The installation is expected to provide approximately 250 Ph/s of hash rate capacity and will be operational within 90-120 days after AGRIForce's commitment payment.

Cost and Maintenance: AGRIForce secured an energy cost of $0.045/kWh for three years, with BlueFlare responsible for full operations and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Expansion Plans: With this new agreement, AGRIForce aims to operate three active mining sites by 2025, projecting a combined capacity of nearly 286 Ph/s, and will pay a commitment fee of $415,000 plus GST.
