About ACET
Adicet Bio, Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. It is engaged in advancing a pipeline of off-the-shelf gamma delta T cells, engineered with chimeric antigen receptors (CARs), to facilitate durable activity in patients. Its lead product candidate, ADI-001, a first-in-class allogeneic gamma delta T cell therapy expressing a CAR targeting CD20, is being developed for the potential treatment of autoimmune diseases. ADI-001 contains an anti-CD20 CAR that has a proprietary antigen-binding domain that recognizes a region of CD20 distinct from that recognized by rituximab. Its pipeline also includes ADI-270, an investigational allogeneic gamma delta CAR T cell therapy targeting CD70 via the CD27-ligand for the treatment of RCC and with potential in other solid tumor and hematological malignancy indications.
