Ripple Partners with Riyad Bank to Enhance Cross-Border Payments

Vision (VSN) introduces a single ERC-20 asset that spans the Bitpanda Broker, Bitpanda DeFi Wallet, the forthcoming Launchpad and Vision Chain Layer-2. The token streamlines incentive design and offers the platform’s 6.7 million users a regulated path to on-chain interaction. Issued on Ethereum, VSN carries a fixed initial supply of 4.2 billion tokens. Utility is delivered at both application and protocol level. On the Bitpanda Broker, traders who pay commissions in VSN receive a 20 % fee discount; an identical reduction applies to swap fees in the self-custodial Bitpanda DeFi Wallet. Within the wallet, holders can stake VSN to earn emission-based yields, with parameters such as emission rate, burn schedule and protocol upgrades set by token-holder governance. Staking is non-custodial and features a 14-day cool-down on unstaking, aligning rewards with active participation.Gamified on-chain missions embedded in the wallet reward users with VSN bonuses, and staking positions qualify for airdrops distributed via Bitpanda Spotlight. Planned liquidity-mining campaigns will layer partner-funded incentives on top of base staking yields.A multi-channel revenue model drives ongoing demand for the token. A set percentage of all Broker trading fees settled in VSN are routed to the Vision Foundation for token burns, treasury growth and potential revenue sharing. The foundation also recycles liquidity-provider fees earned on decentralised exchanges and a portion of Bitpanda DeFi Wallet revenue into periodic buy-backs that finance burning activities. On Vision Chain, protocol usage fees and compliant liquidity-pool charges are earmarked for the same loop, while a smart-wallet paymaster will allow gas and trading fees to be paid in VSN at a discount. Launchpad projects must likewise settle listing fees - or allocate a share of their raise - in VSN, reinforcing a steady flow of utility-driven transactions.Looking ahead, Vision Chain aims to serve as a European-compliant Layer-2 network for compliant liquidity solutions and tokenised real-world assets, using VSN as its governance token. Key parameters, including staking emissions and protocol upgrades, will remain subject to community governance, anchoring a revenue-backed, user-controlled economy that unifies Bitpanda’s expanding Web3 product suite.
