"We have had a positive start to our fiscal year as we quickly adapted to three recent Fed rate cuts," said Chairman and CEO Marc A. Stefanski. "Our net interest income increased by $7.4 million over the same period in 2025, and we continue to effectively navigate competition for savings customers while also managing our margin. Our Tier 1 capital ratio of 10.75%, demonstrates our strength and stability as we consistently exceed the amount considered well capitalized."

"Third Federal saw record earnings of $91M in our fiscal year, driven by a continued focus on improving our net interest margin, and an increase in first mortgage and home equity originations," said Chairman and CEO Marc A. Stefanski. "Retail deposits stayed strong in fiscal year 2025, showing a $567M increase. With confidence, we resumed stock buybacks, while continuing to report a Tier 1 capital ratio near 11%."

CEO Marc Stefanski said, "Our second quarter earnings reflect our ability to successfully operate in any economic climate. My optimism for this year continues to be reinforced by the success we have seen so far, and that our fiscal earnings to date this year are the best we've seen since 2021. Our net interest margin increased nearly 10 basis points to 1.75% and commitments to originate and acquire first mortgages and equity loans and lines of credit have increased 40% over last quarter. We continue to exceed the threshold to be considered well-capitalized, our Tier 1 leverage ratio at 10.92% improved by three basis points compared to last quarter."
