Texas Community Bancshares, the holding company of Broadstreet Bank, SSB, announced that its Board of Directors has approved a new stock repurchase program that authorizes the Company to repurchase up to 144,364 shares, which equals approximately 5% of its outstanding common stock as of December 16. The Company also announced that as of December 16 it had completed the repurchase of 153,083 shares of its common stock authorized under the prior share repurchase program previously disclosed. The Company intends to conduct any repurchases through open market purchases, including by means of a trading plan adopted under SEC Rule 10b5-1, or in privately negotiated transactions, subject to market conditions and other factors.

Texas Community Bancshares, the holding company of Broadstreet Bank, SSB, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of 5c per share, and a special cash dividend of 3c per share, on each outstanding share of common stock. Both dividends will be payable on or about December 16 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 2. The quarterly dividend represents a 1c increase over the prior quarterly dividend.

Texas Community Bancshares announced the retirement of Julie Sharff and appointment of Jason McCrary as CFO, effective December 1, 2025. During her tenure of over 28 years with the company and the Bank, Sharff has been an integral part of shaping the company's strategy and growth. She will continue to consult with the company as Jason McCrary settles into his role to ensure a smooth transition. McCrary brings more than two decades of experience in accounting, finance, and community banking leadership to the role.

The company also announced that as of February 25, 2025, it had repurchased over 85% of the 161,316 shares of its common stock authorized under the prior share repurchase program previously disclosed.
