Rimini Street announced first quarter debt reduction activities and a recent amendment to its credit agreement. Debt reduction activities during the first quarter of 2026 totaled $10.9M, reducing the Company's outstanding term loan to $58.4M as of March 31, 2026. The Company's credit agreement was amended effective as of March 27, 2026 to increase to $20M the value of Company common stock that could be repurchased per annum, beginning with the Company's 2026 fiscal year and for each fiscal year thereafter, with a revised total of $50M in permitted stock repurchases from the period beginning January 1, 2026 through the maturity of the facility on April 30, 2029. The Company's Board previously authorized common stock repurchases of up to $50M of which $36.7M remains available until April 2029.

Rimini Street announced that Lotte Rental, South Korea's leading car rental company, has selected Rimini Street to provide support for its Oracle and SAP systems.

Reports Q4 revenue $109.8M, consensus $105.5M. Active Clients as of December 31, 2025 were 3,102, an increase of 0.7% compared to 3,081 Active Clients as of December 31, 2024. Revenue Retention Rate was 88% and 88% for the trailing 12 months ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively. Calculated Billings was $171.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2025, a decrease of 0.4% compared to $172.1 million for the same period last year. Rimini Street (RMNI) announced the expansion of its partnership with Tidewater (TDW). The relationship, which began with Rimini Street supporting Tidewater's Oracle PeopleSoft ERP system in Brazil, has now expanded to include global work and additional services. Tidewater has added Rimini Connect for interoperability and Rimini Consult for professional services expertise. This partnership has enabled Tidewater to consolidate its financial systems, automate tax reporting, and unlock operational efficiencies at scale, freeing resources to focus on high-value initiatives and rapid growth.
