"Fourth quarter net income increased more than 30% year-over-year, driven by solid portfolio growth, record quarterly revenue, improving underlying credit performance, and continued expense discipline. For the full year, we generated net income of $44.4 million, while growing our total portfolio by 13% year-over-year."

The company's Board of Directors has approved a $30 million increase in the amount authorized under the stock repurchase program announced in December 2024, from $30 million to $60 million. The authorization is effective immediately and will continue through June 30, 2027. As of the end of October 2025, the company had repurchased $23.5 million of stock under the $60 million stock repurchase program.
