Bank OZK Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend Increased to $0.47 per Share
Bank OZK announced its board declared a quarterly cash dividend on the bank's common stock of 47c per share, up 1c, or 2.17% from the prior quarter. The common stock dividend is payable on April 20 to shareholders of record as of April 13.
