Mercury Systems Acquires SolderMask to Enhance Production Capacity
Mercury Systems announced the acquisition of SolderMask, a provider of specialized manufacturing processes that support Mercury programs that are ramping into production. With the closure of the transaction on March 3, Mercury has acquired SolderMask's assets, intellectual property, and its five-person workforce. Mercury will continue SolderMask's operations from its existing facility in Huntington Beach, California, while a parallel manufacturing process line is established at Mercury's Phoenix facility to enable greater throughput.
