Lanvin Group announced the appointment of Xi Luo as CFO of the company, effective June 1. In this role, Luo will oversee the company's financial affairs, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and controllership, financial management, treasury, investment and financing projects, and investor relations. Luo has served as CFO of Fosun Capital, where he oversees financing, investment exits, and capital management initiatives. In connection with Luo's appointment, Andy Lew will cease serving as interim CFO effective June 1. Lew will continue to serve as executive president of the company, and will retain all other positions and responsibilities currently held within the company and its subsidiaries.

Lanvin Group announced that Maison Lanvin has appointed Barbara Werschine as CEO. She joins Lanvin after serving as CEO of Eric Bompard. Werschine will be responsible for steering the brand's global strategy, accelerating its development, and strengthening Lanvin's positioning on the international stage.

Lanvin Group announced the appointment of Jiyang Han as CFO of the company, effective November 1. In this role, Han will oversee the Group's financial affairs, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and controllership, financial management, treasury, investment and financing projects, and investor relations. Han has served as co-CIO and assistant president of Yuyuan since June 2025. Han succeeds David Chan, whose planned departure as CFO was previously announced and will take effect on October 27.

Lanvin Group announced that David Chan, Executive President and CFO, has informed the Board of his decision to step down from his position, effective October 27, to pursue new professional opportunities. The company has implemented a structured transition plan to ensure continuity across its finance and operations functions. While Chan steps down from his executive role, he may continue to support the company in an advisory capacity. The Group will provide further updates regarding the appointment of a successor in due course.
