Installed Building Products announced the acquisition of Diamond Energy Systems.. With headquarters in St. Joseph, MN, DESI specializes in mechanical insulation with the majority of its sales derived from retrofit work between industrial and commercial applications. "DESI adds approximately $12M of annual revenue and expands our mechanical insulation offerings throughout the Upper Midwest region," stated Jeff Edwards, CEO. "To date in 2026, we have acquired approximately $40M in annual revenue.
