Treasury Prime announced the launch of Prime Cash, enabling its fintech partners to offer their customers more seamless, secure and convenient ways to add cash directly to digital accounts. Powered by Green Dot's embedded finance platform, Arc, Prime Cash enables users to add cash to their accounts at more than 90,000 participating Green Dot Network retail locations nationwide.

The company states: "Green Dot and CommerceOne Financial announced that each company's respective shareholders have voted to approve the previously announced strategic transaction involving Green Dot, CommerceOne and Smith Ventures, LLC at each company's Special Meeting of Stockholders. The transactions are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026, subject to approval by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Alabama State Banking Department and the Utah Department of Financial Institutions and the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions."

Reports Q1 revenue $656.2M, consensus $597.39M. "Our results reflect our hard work to strengthen our platform and pipeline, accelerate momentum in our embedded finance division, and optimize our balance sheet," said William Jacobs, Chief Executive Officer of Green Dot. "These efforts help ensure the company has a strong foundation and ample growth opportunity going forward, as well as in its next chapter with Smith Ventures and CommerceOne."
