Bombardier today announced new appointments to its leadership team. Bombardier welcomes Sandra Hodgkinson, who joins the company as Senior Vice President, Strategy and M&A. Stephen McCullough is appointed Executive Vice President, Engineering, Product Development and Bombardier Defense. Paul Sislian is appointed Executive Vice President, Aircraft Sales and Bombardier Aftermarket Services. Finally, Mercedes Glockseisen will succeed Pierre Gagnon as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Bombardier confirmed the company is on track to reach its previously stated net leverage ratio target of 2.0-2.5x. With the $500M debt redemption notice announced on December 17, which is expected to close by Feb 17, 2026, the Bombardier team will have reduced its long-term debt by $5.5B since December 2020, generating annualized interest cost savings of more than $409M.
