ZK International Group files $500M mixed securities shelf

ZK International Group subsidiary Zhejiang Zhenkang Industrial secured the bid for the centralized procurement project of thin-walled stainless steel pipes from Yipinhui Smart Living, a subsidiary of China Gas, with a contract value of RMB27.54M, or $3.88M. The procured 304-grade thin-walled stainless steel pipes and fittings, totaling over 1.43 million meters, will be extensively deployed in public health drinking water projects such as direct drinking water systems, providing robust safeguards for residents' healthy and safe water consumption.

Option delistings effective August 18th include Q32 Bio Inc (QTTB), Hyperdynamics Corp (HYPD), Bionano Genomics (BNGO), Allurion Technologies Inc (ALUR), Moxian (BVI) Inc (ABTS), Spi Energy Co Ltd (SPIEF), TVARDI THERAPEUTICS INC (TVRD), and ZK International Group Ltd (ZKIN).

ZK International Group announced that the bid price deficiency concern raised by Nasdaq has been resolved. The company has received written notification from Nasdaq notifying the company that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement as the company's closing bid price exceeded $1.00 for 10 consecutive business days. On February 14, the Staff notified the company that it has regained compliance with the Rule and the matter is now closed.
