YXT.com Group Holding Limited announced that Yazhou Wu has notified the board of the company of his decision to resign from his position as a director, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Technology Officer of the company due to personal reasons, and that Teng Zu has notified the board of his decision to resign from his position as a director of the company due to personal reasons. The board had approved their resignation, effective February 9, 2026. The resignations did not result from any disagreement or dispute with the company, the board, or the company's management regarding any matter relating to the company's operations, policies, or practices. Following Wu's resignation, the board has appointed Haihua Huang, as the new Chief Technology Officer of the company.

YXT.com Group announced that it has received a written notification from the staff of the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market dated January 26, 2026, indicating that for the last 30 consecutive business days, the closing bid price of the Company's American depositary shares was below the minimum bid price of US$1.00 per share requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). The Deficiency Letter has no current effect on the listing or trading of the Company's ADSs on Nasdaq. Pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company has a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until July 27, 2026, to regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.
