WMPN Company Profile

William Penn Bancorporation is a bank holding company. The Company, through its subsidiary, William Penn Bank (Bank) provides one-to four-family residential real estate mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, construction residential and one- to-four-family investor commercial real estate, non-residential real estate, multi-family and construction and land loans. The Company offers traditional banking and related financial services to individual, business, and government customers. Through its branch network, the Bank offers an array of commercial and retail financial services, including the taking of time, savings and demand deposits; the making of commercial and mortgage loans, and the providing of other financial services. The Bank serves the Delaware Valley area through approximately 12 full-service branch offices in Bucks County and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Burlington, Camden, and Mercer Counties in New Jersey.
