Vuzix is expanding its reach into the global veterinary medical market through a reseller agreement with Movora, a global veterinary med-tech company specializing in orthopedic implants, surgical instruments, and continuing education for veterinary professionals. Movora plans to distribute Vuzix M400 smart glasses-based remote support kits through their customer growth initiatives to a North American network of veterinary professionals.

Vuzix announced that it has received and shipped against a new six-figure follow-on production order for waveguide-based AR display systems from a U.S.-based company that is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry. The display component systems being delivered under this order support the customer's initial production rollout of a next-generation head-mounted display program. This further follow-on order reflects continued customer progress toward broader deployment and further validates the role of Vuzix waveguide and display technologies in advanced defense-oriented wearable display solutions.

Vuzix announced that a global online retail company has expanded its deployment of Vuzix smart glasses through follow-on orders for its M400 platform and initial OEM orders for the Ultralite Pro platform-based smart glasses. Following initial deployments in Europe, the program has now entered commercial rollout across the U.S. and Canada. The addition of Ultralite Pro-based OEM smart glasses is intended to support expansion into additional use cases, including areas such as server infrastructure, warehousing, and robotics-related applications, extending deployments across new regions, business units, and workflows.

Reports Q4 revenue $2.24B vs. $1.27B last year. "In 2025, we made meaningful progress in strengthening the foundation of Vuzix. We delivered modest revenue growth in products and engineering services, reduced operating cash usage by approximately $5.0M, and achieved important milestones across our OEM and waveguide initiatives.
