T-Mobile and TPG Plan to Acquire Uniti Group
TMT Finance is said to be reporting that T-Mobile (TMUS) and TPG (TPG) are working on a bid to acquire Uniti Group (UNIT), trading contacts tell The Fly. Shares of Uniti are up 59c, or 7%, to $8.69 ahead of the close.
