Participation in this offering includes a strategic investment from Ondas (ONDS) along with fundamental institutional investors. Dominari Securities and JonesTrading Institutional Servicesare acting as co-placement agents for the Offering. The closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about March 23, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.The Company expects to receive aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $150M from the Offering, before deducting placement agent fees and other related expenses.
