TON Strategy Company announced the appointments of Mary Marbach as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and Bill Rivard as Chief Accounting Officer, effective January 5, 2026. Marbach was most recently the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Savant Science. Rivard was appointed CAO following his service as Interim CFO from June 2023 to August 2025 and Division CFO of the Company's Global Digital Media division since August 2025.

TON Strategy confirmed it has engaged Cantor Fitzgerald as its non-exclusive buyback agent for its previously announced $250M stock repurchase program. The company stated the buyback program is now underway, giving it the flexibility to act decisively.

TON Strategy (TONX) announced that its treasury asset value per share was $11.90 as of September 7. The company notes this value per share is calculated as the sum of the aggregate market price of the company's Toncoin (TON-USD) holdings plus the company cash on hand divided by the number of shares of company common stock and prefunded warrants outstanding. The company stated that publishing this metric highlights its focus on transparency as a listed digital asset treasury company.
