KeyBanc Downgrades Talkspace to Sector Weight
KeyBanc downgraded Talkspace (TALK) to Sector Weight from Overweight without a price target after after Universal Health Systems (UHS) announced an agreement to acquire the company for $5.25 per share. The firm believes the volatility in Talkspace's share rice from reported earnings each quarter as a result of being a small-cap company makes the deal appealing.
