Reports FY25 revenue $24.2M vs $17.2M last year. Mostafa Kandil, Chief Executive Officer of Swvl, commented: "We believe that FY 2025 proves that Swvl's enterprise-first model scales. We grew revenue 41% to $24.2 million, turned profitable, and more than doubled our GCC business. In our view, what makes this inflection durable is the quality underneath it: 84% of revenue is recurring, net dollar retention stands at 128%, and we have $38 million in sales backlog providing a clear line of sight into FY 2026. As we expand across the GCC, the United Kingdom, and the United States, we are aiming to build on a foundation of long-duration enterprise contracts that compound over time."

Swvl Holdings announced the signing of a new three-year contract valued at up to $1.5M in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The agreement will support patient, medical staff, and equipment transportation across healthcare facilities, leveraging Swvl's technology platform to enable dynamic route planning, real-time dispatching, and operational optimization. The deployment is designed to support on-demand and time-critical mobility requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, service quality, and operational visibility.

Swvl announced the signing of a new five-year contract valued at up to $5.5M the United Arab Emirates. "The Contract builds on Swvl's strong momentum in the UAE, where the Company achieved approximately 5x growth in December 2025 over January 2025, driven by the Company's goal of expanding enterprise partnerships, having multi-site deployments, and increased demand for data-driven workforce mobility solutions," the company said.
