SRIVARU Holding announced its expansion into the Indian State of Kerala with the launch of its PRANA 2.0 electric motorcycle through a new joint dealership with Electrogreen Motors in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala's capital. The joint dealership model, developed by SRIVARU, allows the Company to partner with established local dealers, leveraging their resources and market reach. This approach enables SRIVARU to expand rapidly while minimizing upfront costs and ensuring capital efficiency. The new dealership in Kerala will offer SRIVARU's flagship electric motorcycles, the PRANA 2.0 Grand and PRANA 2.0 Elite.

SRIVARU Holding announced the commencement of customer deliveries for its PRANA 2.0 models, including the PRANA Grand and PRANA Elite. This milestone also signifies the beginning of the Company's revenue generation phase. The deliveries follow SRIVARU's receipt of the critical CMVR certification from the Indian Road Transport Authority and subsequent approval from the State Transport Authority.

SRIVARU announced that it has successfully obtained certification from India's Central Motor Vehicles Rules, CMVR, agency for PRANA 2.0 models, which include the PRANA Grand and PRANA Elite. This regulatory approval marks a significant achievement in SRIVARU's mission to deliver innovative, eco-friendly transportation solutions to the rapidly expanding electric two-wheel vehicle market in India.

SRIVARU Holding announced the formal launch of the PRANA 2.0 electric motorcycle at a major event in Chennai, India. CEO Mohanraj Ramasamy said, "I am thrilled to announce the launch of our latest PRANA 2.0 electric bike in Chennai, the automotive hub of of India. Tamil Nadu accounts for more than 40% of the country's electric vehicle demand, positioning us in a large and rapidly expanding market. In 2023, India's motorcycle market achieved revenues exceeding USD $25.6 billion, with projections indicating growth to USD $36.1 billion by 2027. By 2030, it is anticipated that electric motorcycles will account for approximately 50% of the market share, a significant increase from the current 3% share of electric motorcycles in India."
