Sunoco LP announced a quarterly distribution of 93.17c per common unit, or $3.7268 on an annualized basis, for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This represents an increase of approximately 1.25%, or 1.15c per common unit, as compared to the quarter ended September 30, 2025. This is the fifth consecutive quarterly increase in SUN's distribution and is consistent with SUN's capital allocation strategy which includes a multi-year distribution growth rate of at least 5%.

Sees FY26 growth capital expenditures at least $600M. Sees FY26 maintenance capital expenditures $400M-$450M. Sees FY26 target distribution growth rate of at least 5% and expects to announce future increases quarterly.
