Stewart Acquires Nationwide Appraisal Network
Stewart unit Valuation Intelligence announced that it has acquired Nationwide Appraisal Network, an appraisal management company. "For SVI, the acquisition enhances market presence and operational capacity while adding a highly experienced team with deep appraisal and valuation expertise. For NAN, joining Stewart provides the financial strength and stability of a publicly traded organization, along with access to broader enterprise resources, advanced technology, and expanded capabilities," the company said in a statement. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
