Presidio Property Trust announced that on September 4, 2025, the Company refinanced the mortgage loan on its One Park Center property, located in Westminster Colorado, and entered into a loan agreement for $6.1 million, a term of five years, with an interest rate of 6.83%. The loan also calls for interest only payments for the first six months and has no prepayment penalty.

Presidio Property Trust announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor for the purchase and sale of 170,830 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $12.00 per share, pursuant to a registered direct offering, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $2.05M, before deducting placement agent commissions and other offering expenses. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about July 15, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.
