Goldman Sachs and Others Increase Stock Offering Size to 14.2M Shares
The deal size was increased to 14.2M shares of common stock from 11.8M shares of common stock and priced at the high-end of the $16.00-$18.00 range. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Leerink, Citi and Stifel acted as joint book running managers for the offering.
