Synergy CHC (SNYR) announced a major expansion of its FOCUSfactor functional beverage portfolio across Canada, building on the successful launch of FOCUSfactor's supplement SKUs at Walmart (WMT) Canada and through McKesson (MCK) Canada during Q4 2025, with sell-through and consumer feedback supporting category expansion. Synergy CHC announced that Pedro Colmenares has been appointed Director of Sales & Marketing for Mexico & Latin America. In this role, Mr. Colmenares will lead commercial strategy, market expansion, and go-to-market execution across the region. Colmenares is a senior commercial executive with over 18 years of experience across the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, OTC, and consumer health sectors.

Synergy CHC announced new Direct Store Delivery partnerships with Pine State Beverage, Fuhrer Beverage Company, and Banko Beverage Co. The agreements expand retail distribution of the Company's FOCUSfactor Focus + Energy Ready-to-Drink functional beverages and Focus + Energy brain-health shots across Maine and Pennsylvania.
