StoneX Group announced a strategic partnership with The Pathfinder Group to deliver institutional-grade cross-border payment capabilities for financial institutions. This partnership allows Pathfinder's client base of financial institutions using Pathfinder's WITS to access StoneX's institutional-grade infrastructure and expansive global payments network, reducing friction in cross-border transactions and providing a level of access previously unavailable. Removing intermediary banks from the payment flow improves foreign exchange rates, accelerates processing, and heightens transparency for financial institutions and their customers. By integrating with Pathfinder's WITS, StoneX expands its reach into financial institutions, a client segment that has historically lacked access to institutional-grade global payments and foreign exchange services. This partnership broadens StoneX's reach, and reinforces its leadership in delivering efficient, compliant, technology-driven payments solutions across the financial services ecosystem.

Bushel and StoneX announced a partnership that brings together Bushel's farmer-facing digital tools with StoneX Hedge, StoneX's hedge workflow with back-office integration, giving grain companies a more connected merchandising process from offer through settlement. "StoneX Hedge helps grain companies manage hedging and back-office execution with speed and accuracy," said David Smoldt, president, commodities division, StoneX. "By pairing that with Bushel's farmer-facing experience, we can help customers build a more complete merchandising workflow."

StoneX Group announced that StoneX Digital, a division of StoneX, has launched a digital asset lending capability, expanding the firm's existing brokerage and financing services for institutional clients. "Clients are seeking efficient ways to access liquidity while maintaining exposure to digital assets," said Brian Mulcahy, CEO of StoneX Digital. "This lending capability builds on StoneX's existing brokerage and risk management infrastructure and supports clients integrating digital asset financing into their broader portfolio strategies."

Abaxx Technologies (ABXXF) StoneX Financial (SNEX) and KGI Securities announced the first delivery under the Abaxx Gold Singapore Futures contract on Abaxx Exchange. The Abaxx Gold Singapore Futures Feb 2026 contract was physically settled, with delivery completed between MTS Gold Group and Kilo Capital, with clearing services provided by StoneX and KGI Securities, and inventory transfer supported by Abaxx Spot. The transaction represents the first gold futures position on Abaxx Exchange carried through to physical delivery, and the first Abaxx Spot inventory transfer associated with a futures delivery. The delivery demonstrates the contract's function as a regionally anchored benchmark for price discovery and commercial risk management in the Asian physical gold market.
