Beauty Health Company announced a corporate rebrand to SkinHealth Systems, marking its evolution into a clinically driven, science-backed medical aesthetics company. The company will operate under the new name effective immediately while continuing to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the same ticker symbol, "SKIN." "This is not simply a change in name.
