Silicom Ltd. has secured a design win with a European provider of advanced encryption and secure communication solutions for organizations requiring the highest level of protection for sensitive information. The customer selected a Silicom FPGA SmartNIC following a successful evaluation of one of Silicom's off-the-shelf products, which demonstrated the performance and reliability required for its advanced encryption solutions including Post Quantum Cryptography. Silicom expects to deliver the products per the customer's initial $1M commitment during the second half of 2026, as it scales toward an anticipated annual deployment of approximately $3M. As a first step, the customer has already placed commitments totalling approximately $1M. Silicom and the customer are already engaged in discussions about a next-generation, higher-speed FPGA Smart NIC that the customer plans to launch in 2028, as well as a potential full system solution that combines a server with an FPGA Smart NIC.

One analyst estimate $15.97M. Management projects that revenues for the first quarter of 2026 will range from $16.5M-$17.5M, representing 18% growth year-over-year in the mid-range of the guidance. This affirms the company's expectation of generating double digit annual growth in 2026.

Reports Q4 revenue $16.9M vs. $14.5M last year. Liron Eizenman, Silicom's President and CEO, commented, "We are pleased to report better-than-projected growth for 2025 as a whole, with on-track Design Win momentum and 17% year-over-year growth for the fourth quarter. We achieved 8 new Design Wins during the year while continuing to expand the pipeline for our core solutions: Edge systems, Smart NICs and FPGA-based adapters. Many of our global customers continued to bring us new opportunities: for example, a global security-as-a-service giant recently doubled its business with us after just one year of cooperation, becoming an $8-10 million-per-year customer. In the year ahead, we expect to achieve 7-9 new Design Wins along with double-digit growth."

Silicom announced that the global networking and security-as-a-service leader that awarded it an initial Edge device Design Win in December 2024 has now decided to implement the Silicom Edge systems in multiple additional use cases. This boosts the revenues projected to be received from this customer significantly from $3-4 million to $8-10 million per year. Some of the additional revenues are expected to be realized already in 2026. "This is another concrete demonstration of the revenue-generating value of our trusted-supplier relationships with blue-chip IT industry leaders," commented Liron Eizenman, Silicom's CEO. "We are proud that in such a short period of time since the initial Design Win, this global giant is already using our products in more and more use cases, relying on Silicom as its sole Edge Networking hardware provider.
