Each of the four assets fit strategically within our 140-property portfolio as they are leased to high quality, proven operators, demonstrating strong rent coverage ratios, and are subject to long-term net leases, which, in the aggregate, extend the already long weighted average remaining lease term of Sila's portfolio.
