Reports Q1 revenue $24M vs. $20.9M last year. "SIFCO reported favorable results for the first quarter ending December 31, 2025. SIFCO provides engineered, high-quality forgings primarily for the commercial and military aerospace industries. Management indicated that increased production throughput and lower fixed costs were the main drivers of improved financial performance for the quarter. Strong demand continues for SIFCO's products and the order backlog remains stable in both commercial and defense end markets," the company said.

Reports Q4 revenue $22.8M vs. $21.7M last year.The Company informed shareholders that it has sought to capitalize on market opportunities while continuing to improve margins through cost reduction and selective price increases. To highlight the point CEO George Scherff stated, "We continued to increase sales in both the fourth quarter and the full year of 2025. Strong demand in both the military and commercial space and aircraft markets contributed to financial improvement during the fiscal year. Looking ahead, we are encouraged by the demand for our forging solutions. Our customer backlog stands at $119.2M at the end of fiscal year 2025. We are focused on increased production to support our customers needs for the upcoming year and beyond."

SIFCO Industries announced the appointment of Jennifer Wilson Skuhrovec as the Company's chief financial officer, effective November 13, 2024. Wilson replaces Thomas Kubera, who served as CFO since 2018 and announced his intention to retire earlier this year. "Jenn has significant experience in strategic accounting and finance roles throughout her career, along with deep knowledge of SIFCO's accounting and operating organization," said George Scherff, CEO. "Her combination of financial acumen, business insight and commitment to fostering a positive culture will be invaluable as we pursue our goals of enhancing profitability and shareholder value."
