Sotera Health Launches Secondary Offering of 25 Million Shares
Sotera Health announced the launch of a secondary offering of 25 million shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share. All 25 million shares are being offered for sale by certain affiliates of Warburg Pincus LLC and GTCR LLC as selling stockholders. Wells Fargo Securities is acting as the underwriter for the Offering.
