The Company intends for Formind Global to serve as part of the operating platform for its planned Malaysia-based Global Headquarters and broader international education initiatives. The incorporation represents an important organizational step in the Company's planned transition toward the Formind Group identity.

Ruanyun Edai Technology announced the launch of a pilot project with the Center on Chinese Education at Teachers College, Columbia University as part of its broader expansion into educational institutional support services. The pilot project, implemented through the Center on Chinese Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, is conducted under a signed award letter pursuant to which Ruanyun has agreed to provide a grant to support an AI-assisted Chinese language and culture learning program using its HanLink platform.

Ruanyun Edai Technology announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with City University Malaysia to explore collaborative opportunities in cross-border education and talent development. The MOU establishes a preliminary framework to evaluate joint initiatives including joint degree pathways, language training and test center operations, corporate training, and integrated industry-education talent cultivation. Furthermore, this partnership supports the company's previously stated objective of generating approximately 60% of its total revenue from global markets by the end of 2027.

Ruanyun Edai Technology announced that its Board of Directors has approved a rebranding initiative to rename the Company to Formind Group. The Company intends to seek shareholder approval for the proposed name change at an upcoming general meeting . Subject to shareholder approval and customary corporate, Nasdaq and administrative processes, the Company intends to change its Nasdaq trading symbol to "FMND," which has been reserved. The Rebranding reflects the Company's next phase - positioning the business for a broader, more global future and a platform designed to support international expansion, technology commercialisation, and a series of strategic actions over time.
