Richtech Robotics Receives Nasdaq Compliance Notice
Richtech Robotics announced that it has received a notice from Nasdaq, stating that the company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250, because it has not timely filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31 with the SEC. The rule requires Nasdaq-listed companies to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the SEC.
