Perception Capital discloses NYSE notice of filing delinquency
Perception Capital, a special purpose acquisition corporation, received written notice on August 21, 2024 from the New York Stock Exchange that, because the Company has not yet filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Company is not in compliance with the continued listing requirements under Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual, which requires NYSE-listed companies to timely file all periodic reports with the SEC.
