The company argues the tariffs paid were "unlawfully collected" and has asked for a "prompt refund," according to the filing.SONY/PC:Sony no longer plans to release its big single-player PlayStation 5 games on PC, a major strategy shift that sees it returning to console exclusivity, Bloomberg's Jason Schreier reported Thursday. Online games will still be released across multiple platforms, but single-player titles such as "Ghost of Yotei" and "Saros" will remain exclusive to PlayStation 5, Schreier said.'BATTLEFIELD' LAYOFFS:Electronic Artshas cut an unknown number of workers from across its "Battlefield" teams, including staff at development teams Criterion, Dice, Ripple Effect, and Motive, IGN's Rebekah Valentine reported. Staff are being informed that the terminations are occurring as part of a "realignment" across the studios that work on the first-person shooter series, as the team continues its ongoing, live service support for "Battlefield 6" following its 2025 launch, Valentine noted. Roblox is minting millionaires, with games on the platform earning hundreds of thousands of dollars monthly from fans buying digital items, Cecilia D'Anastasio of Bloomberg reports. Last year, Roblox accounted for 40% of the video game industry's growth in consumer spending outside of China.

Roblox Corporation announced the rollout of real-time chat rephrasing, a new AI-powered feature" designed to keep gameplay fluid while maintaining civility within chat." The company said, "Roblox is also significantly enhancing its core text filters for communication on the platform to improve detections of violative messages or attempts to bypass Community Standards. Every day, millions of people connect and play on Roblox where real-time communication is important for user expression and coordinating gameplay. When users encounter strings of '####' because filters have blocked inappropriate language, chats can be disrupted and hard to follow. To keep gameplay chat flowing naturally for users, Roblox is leveraging AI to automatically rephrase profanity. Rather than displaying only hashmarks, filtered text will be translated into more respectful language that remains closer to the user's original intent. For example, a message that violates Roblox's profanity policies, such as 'Hurry TF up!' would previously have appeared as '####' within experience chat. That will now be rephrased to 'Hurry up!' This new layer is designed to maintain civility by rephrasing the language and replacing 'stop signs' with real-time guidance."
