AIxCrypto officially announced the company's renaming from Qualigen to rebrand as AIxCrypto Holdings. "AIxC will take blockchain as foundational technology and artificial intelligence as the core driving force, committed to creating a globally leading ecosystem that integrates AI, crypto and blockchain, connecting Web2 and Web3, and aiming to become the No. 1 gateway to the AI Web3 world and a brand-new ecosystem integrating Web2 and Web3," the company said in a statement.

Qualigen Therapeutics (QLGN) announced the certified voting results of its Special Meeting of Stockholders. All proposals passed with majority approval. As a result of the approved actions, Faraday Future (FFAI) is expected to become the Company's majority and controlling shareholder with an estimated 55% direct equity ownership. Including affiliated stockholders such as YT Jia and Jerry Wang, this increases this amount to approximately 63%. Faraday Future will designate the majority of the reconstituted Board of Directors. Governance restructuring will be completed ahead of the Company's planned public renaming on November 20 to support execution of the new strategic direction.

Qualigen Therapeutics (QLGN), majority owned by Faraday Future (FFAI), announced that it will rebrand as AIxCrypto following its stockholder meeting on November 12. Following its targeted rebranding on November 12, the company will launch the public beta of its BesTrade DeAI Agent by the end of November and release its EAI RWA Utility Token Whitepaper.

Qualigen Therapeutics announced a strategic partnership with BitGo to support its C10 treasury strategy, which will accumulate and compound a market-cap-weighted basket of the world's top 10 crypto assets. Qualigen will leverage BitGo's treasury management offering, which combines access to liquidity with secure qualified custody. BitGo's OTC desk will enable Qualigen to invest across a diversified basket of 10 digital assets.
