Primech AI Pte., a subsidiary of Primech Holdings Limited, announced a distribution agreement to expand HYTRON into South Korea, a partnership expected to generate approximately $4.08M in projected revenue over three years while establishing a scalable commercial footprint in one of Asia's most advanced automation markets. Under the agreement, the partner will serve as Primech AI's authorized distributor in South Korea, leading localized marketing, sales, deployment, and technical support for Hytron to drive commercial adoption and support scalable deployment across the territory.

Primech AI announced a leasing agreement with CBM. Under the partnership, CBM will deploy Primech AI's flagship Hytron autonomous bathroom cleaning robots across its managed properties to enhance cleaning consistency, efficiency, and hygiene standards. The agreement provides flexibility for scaling deployments after an initial trial period and includes full installation, training, and maintenance support from Primech AI.

Primech Holdings announced that its subsidiaries have secured approximately US$33 million in aggregate multi-year institutional service contracts with one of Singapore's most prestigious and globally recognized universities. The contracts span two major campus zones over a four-year term and encompass comprehensive cleaning services and on-site waste management. The awards materially expand Primech's long-term institutional portfolio and add meaningful recurring revenue visibility through 2030.

Primech announced that its subsidiary Primech A & P has secured a series of new residential cleaning and waste management service contracts with a total estimated value of approximately $5.02M. The newly awarded contracts comprise a mix of one-year, two-year, and three-year agreements, strengthening the Company's recurring revenue base and enhancing forward revenue visibility. The scope of work includes comprehensive cleaning services and waste disposal management for multiple established residential developments across Singapore, further reinforcing Primech A & P's position in the residential facilities management segment.
