Truist downgraded Peakstone Realty Trust (PKST) to Hold from Buy with a price target of $21, up from $19, after a Brookfield Asset Management (BAM) private real estate fund agreed to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Peakstone for $21.00 per share in cash.
