Raises FY25 revenue view to $80.5M-$81.5M from $76.5M-$78.5M, consensus $77.53M.

Reports Q3 revenue $21.6M, consensus $19.92M. "Q3 2025 proved once again to be a record-breaking quarter for Paysign," said Mark Newcomer, President and CEO. "Our revenue soared to $21.6 million, reflecting an outstanding 41.6% year-over-year growth rate. Adjusted EBITDA reached a new high of $5.0 million, up 78.1%, while net income improved by a healthy 54.2% to $2.2 million. These results underscore the exceptional momentum and improving operational efficiencies driving our business forward."

Paysign announced the opening of a new 30,000 square foot patient service support center in Henderson, Nevada. The facility increases Paysign's support capacity fourfold and will bolster the company's rapidly growing patient affordability business.

Paysign announced that its board of directors has elected Dan Henry as chairman of the board, succeeding Mark Newcomer who will continue in his role as president and CEO. Dan Henry has served on Paysign's board of directors since 2018 and currently chairs the executive compensation committee.
