Orion Digital Exits WonderFi Equity Position, Boosts Cash to Approximately C$27M
Orion Digital announced that it exited its remaining equity position in WonderFi Technologies, increasing the company's cash and cash equivalents by more than 50% over Q3 to approximately C$27M. The monetization comes after the previously announced acquisition of WonderFi by Robinhood Markets. Following WonderFi's announcement in December 2025 extending the outside date of the transaction to June, the company elected to monetize its remaining position in the open market, prioritizing the time value of capital and immediate balance sheet flexibility.
