The company's roadmap provides shareholders with greater clarity into how the company is prioritizing execution, managing costs, and allocating capital in the near term. Onfolio files to sell 36.2M shares of common stock for holders

Onfolio Holdings has deployed proceeds from its initial tranche of financing and retired approximately $640,000 of seller notes from a previous acquisition on December 8, 2025. The Company has also begun the process to convert an additional $850,000 in seller notes into shares of the Company's common stock in the coming weeks. Upon completion of the Debt Conversion, Onfolio will clear approximately $1.5M of debt from the balance sheet, saving the Company nearly $150,000 in annualized interest payment expenses.

Onfolio announced that it has deployed $2.45 million from its recent capital raise to purchase multiple cryptocurrency assets, including Ethereum, Solana, and Bitcoin, on November 27, 2025. As part of its treasury management strategy, Onfolio intends to build a treasury of cryptocurrencies that contains multiple tokens. For the first tranche, the Company has allocated an initial $2.45 million as follows: 40% to ETH at an average price of $3,076.30; 40% to SOL at average price of $144.50; 20% to BTC at an average price of $91,948.38.
