Reports Q4 NAV per share $16.30, down vs. the previous quarter with $16.64. "We delivered solid results in the Q1 including adjusted net investment income of $36.7M, or 41c per share, and fully covered our dividend," said Armen Panossian, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Oaktree Specialty Lending. "We also made continued progress in stabilizing our investment portfolio and are optimistic that we will see continued progress in the coming quarters. New deployments for the quarter were strong at $317M. Looking ahead, we will continue to evaluate levers to help offset lower base rates and support net investment income."

Net asset value per share was $16.64 as of September 30, 2025, down as compared with $16.76 and $18.09 as of June 30, 2025 and September 30, 2024, respectively. The decrease from June 30, 2025 and September 30, 2024 primarily reflected unrealized depreciation on certain debt and equity investments. "Our fourth quarter results demonstrate progress in stabilizing the investment portfolio despite an uneven market environment, and we fully covered our quarterly dividend with net investment income," said Armen Panossian, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Oaktree Specialty Lending. "In light of the uncertain outlook, we remain disciplined in our underwriting and selective in deploying capital."
