NeutronX announced that it has filed a provisional patent application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, or USPTO, for its proprietary Autonomous AI-Powered Government Contract Bidding System with Multi-Stage Workflow Orchestration, Real-Time Compliance Monitoring, and Integrated Vendor Procurement Automation. At the same time, NeutronX starts applying NeutronX Bidding Engine v2.4 across multiple bid and grant opportunities being pursued in connection with NextNRG. The patent-pending platform is intended to streamline federal bid preparation, compliance coordination, vendor workflows, and submission management across government procurement opportunities pursued by NeutronX and NextNRG. The U.S. Small Business Administration describes the federal government as the largest customer in the world. U.S. Treasury Fiscal Data shows approximately $3.10T in federal spending in FY26 to date and approximately $7.01T in FY25, while the U.S. Government Accountability Office reported approximately $755B in federal contract obligations in FY24, highlighting the scale of the U.S. procurement market.

NextNRG announced the NextNRG Dashboard, an AI-driven operating layer for its integrated energy ecosystem providing a unified software interface for monitoring and managing distributed energy assets. The configurable platform is tailored to the specific infrastructure, operational requirements, and energy profiles of each customer deployment. The system provides centralized visibility and management across energy generation, battery storage, fuel systems, EV fleets, employee charging infrastructure, dynamic wireless charging for industrial equipment such as forklifts and robotics, internal combustion engine fleets, and microgrid performance.

NeutronX and NextNRG (NXXT) announced execution of an exclusive definitive cooperation agreement establishing a strategic partnership for federal energy and defense infrastructure projects. The binding two-year agreement, effective February 18, designates NextNRG as the exclusive technology and execution partner for government contracts secured by NeutronX. The partnership targets federal energy infrastructure opportunities across military installations, critical facilities, and government properties nationwide. The collaboration addresses intelligent grid systems, military installations, airport infrastructure, critical infrastructure protection, autonomous platforms, operational intelligence, and cybersecurity. NeutronX's AI integrates with NextNRG's solutions for predictive maintenance, threat detection, and self-optimization. NeutronX will serve as prime contractor; both companies will maintain their respective proprietary technologies.

NextNRG signed a Memorandum of Understanding with NeutronX Corporation. The MOU establishes a framework for collaboration whereby NextNRG will serve as the lead partner contractor and project manager for energy projects pursued or won by NeutronX, where NextNRG's capabilities are applicable. The collaboration is designed to create synergy between NeutronX's government contracting expertise and NextNRG's AI-driven energy infrastructure capabilities. Under the agreement, NeutronX will leverage its extensive government contracting expertise, relationships, and domain knowledge to identify, pursue, and win government projects for energy needs in the fields of defense, infrastructure, airports, military installations, and related sectors. NextNRG will serve as the lead partner, providing technical expertise and operational support, proprietary technology and intellectual property, personnel and resources as contractor for the project, operational backbone for project execution, and backend support for maintenance and continued operation of each project.
