MarineMax (HZO) announced a strategic partnership with NextBoat (NXB) through which MarineMax expects to broaden the distribution opportunities for its Newcoast Financial Services subsidiary by engaging with a larger network of boat buyers and transactions across the pre-owned marine marketplace. NextBoat's platform connects buyers, sellers and wholesale participants through AI-enabled valuation, marketing and transaction tools designed to improve marketplace efficiency. The relationship is expected to create an additional avenue for Newcoast to provide financing, insurance and related F&I products while expanding MarineMax's participation in an even larger network of pre-owned marine transactions and marketplace participants.

NextBoat Inc. (NXB) announced a strategic partnership with MarineMax (HZO). Under the agreement, MarineMax becomes the first enterprise dealer group to adopt the NextBoat AI platform as its preferred wholesale partner, routing a significant and growing share of the trade-in and pre-owned inventory it liquidates through the platform-where that inventory is evaluated, marketed, and sold into NextBoat's nationwide network of wholesale buyers. As one of the highest-volume sellers of pre-owned boats in the industry - with over $2.3B in annual revenue across 120 locations worldwide - MarineMax is expected to drive increased volume across the NextBoat AI platform, which the Company believes will accelerate the growth of its marketplace, data, and financing businesses. The Company believes this relationship represents a defining milestone in its strategy to become the leading technology infrastructure for the marine industry's pre-owned marketplace.

NextBoat announced that its Autograph Yacht Group division has completed the sale of a 2009 Abeking & Rasmussen 60-meter superyacht, last asking $45,000,000 - the largest brokerage transaction in the Company's history. Burgess represented the seller; Gary Hardcastle of Autograph Yacht Group represented the buyer.

NextBoat announced significant progress in the first 60 days following its acquisition of Apex Marine Companies. Since completing the transaction on May 1, 2026, the Company has integrated APEX's entire boat inventory into the NextBoat platform, expanding the product offerings available to its broker network and customers. In addition, the majority of APEX's pre-owned inventory has been successfully transitioned to the Company's Miami location, further centralizing operations, improving inventory management, and enhancing sales visibility across the platform.
