EnWave announced that it has signed a royalty-bearing, commercial license agreement with Shinyway International, a service provider of cannabis processing, based in Christchurch, New Zealand. Under the Commercial License terms, Shinyway has been licensed to use EnWave's patented Radiant Energy Vacuum technology to produce cannabis products in New Zealand. Shinyway will pay a royalty commensurate with certain other existing licenses granted by EnWave, and the Company intends to continue working closely with Shinyway to ensure optimal product development success.

EnWave announced that it has signed a royalty-bearing, commercial license agreement with a U.S. snack company, who has developed a line of ultra-healthy, extremely-delicious, fruit and vegetable-based products. The Licensee has also legally confirmed it's ability to claim its proprietary snack as the "healthiest salty snack ever produced." EnWave has been collaborating with the Licensee for several months, helping to perfect the drying process for the Licensee's proprietary formulas. As a result of these joint efforts, the Licensee purchased a 10kW Radiant Energy Vacuum dehydration machine for initial commercial production. The Machinery will be installed at a large third-party manufacturing partner of the Licensee's in Mexico before the end of 2025.

EnWave Corporation signed a royalty-bearing, commercial license agreement with Solve Solutions, a Brazilian food company. Solve Solutions specializes in the production and sales of premium dried fruits, vegetables, and snack products for private label brands and consumer packaged food manufacturers in Brazil, as well as international markets. Solve Solutions also purchased the 10kW Radiant Energy Vacuum machine that was previously being leased under a Technology Evaluation and License Option Agreement with EnWave. Under the Commercial License terms, Solve Solutions will hold an exclusive license to use EnWave's patented REV technology to dry select fruits, vegetables, and cheese products in the country of Brazil. Solve Solutions will pay a royalty commensurate with certain other existing licenses granted by EnWave, and the Company intends to continue working closely with Solve Solutions to ensure optimal product development success. Pursuant to the licensing agreement, Solve Solutions must purchase a large-scale REV machine within 6 months of the effective date of the Commercial License and remit minimum royalty requirements to keep their exclusive rights.
